Suapify Prohibited Items Policy

To ensure smooth processing, international shipping, and strict compliance with customs and aviation regulations, Suapify cannot accept, process, or export certain items. We strongly advise all users to review this list carefully before making a purchase or sending items to our warehouse.

What Happens if We Receive a Prohibited Item?

If a prohibited item is delivered to the Suapify warehouse, we cannot forward it to your international address. In such cases, the following policies strictly apply:

Returns and Disposal: We will immediately contact you to discuss the best course of action, which typically involves returning the item to the original merchant or disposing of it safely.
Customer Responsibility for Costs: All shipping fees, restocking fees, or any other costs associated with returning the item to the merchant are the sole responsibility of the customer.
Refused Returns: If the merchant refuses to accept the return, Suapify will work with you to determine the best method of disposal.
No Product Refunds: Under no circumstances will Suapify provide a refund for the cost of the prohibited product purchased.
Service Fee Adjustments: If you placed the order directly through our proxy service, only a percentage of the base service fee may be refunded. The Order Processing Fee is strictly non-refundable.

Categories of Prohibited Items

Please ensure your purchases do not fall under any of the following restricted categories.

Food, Agriculture, and Organics

Perishable Goods, Raw Meat, and Seafood: All perishable items requiring specific storage conditions (e.g., dairy products, eggs, fresh produce, homemade food) and any raw meat (e.g., seafood, animal flesh, meat products).
Honey: All types of honey.
Plant Seeds, Fertilizer, and Soil: All preserved or dried flowers and plants, fresh plants, and seeds for planting (excluding edible seeds and culinary nuts). All types of fertilizers, soils, and unidentified powders.
Animal Products: Items made with or containing leather, feathers, shells, or coral.

Health, Beauty, and Chemicals

Medicines: All forms of prescription, over-the-counter medications, and supplements.
Fragrances: Perfumes, fragrance balms, reed diffusers, scent pens, bathroom fragrances, and other scented products.
Squalane: All products containing squalane, whether animal or plant-derived, including skincare, serums, and cosmetics.
White Powder: Any form of unidentified or unregulated white powder.

Hazardous, Flammable, and Dangerous Materials

Hazardous Materials: Shock absorbers/dampers (e.g., car and motorcycle dampers), reactive chemicals, explosives, strong magnets, radioactive substances, oxidants, organic peroxides (e.g., uranium, radium), and toxic/infectious substances.
Flammables: Flammable solids, liquids, and substances releasing flammable gases on contact with water (e.g., matches, nail polish, hair dye, phosphorus, sulfur, metal powder).
Gas and Compression Cylinders: Compressed air, dry ice, fire extinguishers, gas cylinders, airbags, aerosols, gas lighters, light bulbs, and canned carbonated drinks.
Batteries: Items that will not pass through aviation security checks, including standalone electronic components, standalone batteries, and separate batches of dry and lithium batteries.

Weapons and Restricted Equipment

Guns and Related Accessories: All kinds of firearms, gun-like objects, and military/combat equipment (e.g., gun belts, water guns, air guns, toy guns, shotguns, bullets).
Knives and Bows: All kinds of restricted knives, bows, blades, crossbows, etc. (Note: Standard kitchen tableware is excluded from this restriction).

Regulated Substances

Alcohols: All kinds of alcohols, including alcoholic beverages and alcohol-based perfumes.
Tobacco and Smoking Devices: All kinds of cigarettes, tobacco products (including smokeless and electronic variants), and related accessories (e.g., lighters, hookahs, tar solvents, vaping devices).

Documents, Financials, and Valuables

Tickets, Personal Letters, Cash, and Equivalents: Concert and admission tickets, cash, cash equivalents, and counterfeit currency.
Bank Letters, Bills, and Personal Letters: All forms of personal or financial correspondence, including bank letters, utility bills, and personal mail.

General Prohibitions

Any Goods Prohibited by Law or That May Impact Delivery: Any legally prohibited imports/exports, aviation-regulated dangerous goods, or parcels that arrive wet, leaking, or emitting strong odors.

If a return is not cost-effective, or if the merchant refuses to accept the return, we can safely dispose of the item for you. Please note that choosing disposal means you forfeit the item, and Suapify will not refund the purchase price of the product.

Q: Will I get any of my money back if I accidentally order a prohibited item? A: Suapify will never refund the actual purchase cost of a prohibited item. If you used our proxy purchasing service to buy the item, the Order Processing Fee is completely non-refundable. We may only refund a percentage of the base service fee, depending on the status of the order.

Q: What happens if an item is a “toy” version of a prohibited item, like a water gun or toy gun? A: Toy guns, water guns, and any gun-like objects are strictly prohibited. Aviation security and customs often flag these items during x-ray screening, which can cause severe delays or confiscation of the entire shipment.
